G300 uses customized firmware: If you need to update the firmware, please go to the Download Page to find the matching firmware.

G300 has a large internal capacitance and requires pre-charging during power-up. To avoid damaging the internal components, use the pre-charging resistor provided in the accessory package. Connect the resistor first before connecting the thicker wire, or use a socket with spark protection such as QS10-S.
